| Participation
1. Any retail customer of Alefs Harley-Davidson may become a member of the REV (Rider Extra Value) Rewards Program by purchasing the membership fee or with the complementary membership included with a motorcycle purchase. All complementary memberships and the first purchased membership include 100 points. Employees of Alefs Harley-Davidson and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program.
2. Upon paying the membership fee or motorcycle purchase members will receive two Alefs Harley-Davidson REV Rewards cards to present to the cashiers when making qualified purchases throughout the store.
3. Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up-to-date by reporting changes in name, address, or phone number in writing to:

4. Alefs Harley-Davidson accepts no responsibility and will not re-issue REV Rewards coupons that are lost, misplaced or returned by the US Postal Service as undeliverable.
5. Members of the program will be awarded Reward Points when qualified purchases are made. Points may not be added retroactively.
6. Points may not be combined with those of any other member. Husband and wife may use the same card or ask for a separate card.
7. Alefs Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend, restrict or terminate the Program or any aspect thereof at any time in the future without notice.
8. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time due to failure to follow the terms of the Program or due to any misrepresentation or other fraudulent acts. In any such case, all points earned may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Alefs Harley-Davidson.
9. Abuse of the Program, including allowing another person or company to use a Card, may result in termination of the Member's membership.
10. This Program is designed to reward individual customers. (Corporate purchases, companies, tax-exempt and business accounts are not eligible for the Program.)
11. Members are responsible for any taxes resulting from participation in the Program.
12. Alefs Harley-Davidson will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases toward the Program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur.
13. Alefs Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time for any reason. Any unredeemed Points will be forfeited.
14. Alefs Harley-Davidson reserves the right to interpret all rules of the Program.
15. All members must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Member agrees to be bound by the program rules, regulations, and conditions.
16. Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of qualified products or services at Alefs Harley-Davidson, Wichita, KS. One (1) Reward point will be awarded for each qualified dollar spent during a calendar quarter. Quarter begins 4/1, 7/1, 10/1 and 1/1. Coupons not redeemed by their expiration date are void and will not carry over to the next quarter. Points not converted to coupons will carryover to the next quarter.
17. Alefs Harley-Davidson will mail REV Rewards coupons quarterly to the last known address available.
18. REV Reward coupons may be redeemed before their expiration date. Point redemptions and discounts are as follows: 500pts-$25; 1000pts-$50; 1500pts-$75; 2000pts-$125; 2500pts-$175; 3000pts-$225; 3500pts-$325; 4000pts-$400.
19. Qualified purchases include non-warranty parts and labor, Alefs gift cards, accessories, apparel and general merchandise. Accessories and their installation labor are the only qualifying items with a motorcycle purchase.
20. Non-qualified purchases include motorcycle purchases, warranty parts and labor, trike kits, Riders Edge classes, pre-paid maintenance, service contracts, sub-contract parts and labor, sales tax, pre-paid maintenance parts and labor, and any other item(s) not specifically included are excluded.
21. Negative purchases are items or payments subtracted from REV points. Negative purchases include returned items, redeemed REV coupons, Gift Card payments, and insurance check payments.
22. REV coupons can be used as payment for all Alefs Harley-Davidson purchases excluding motorcycle purchases, down payments, and items included in the motorcycle deal.
23. Points for ordered items are not credited until picked up by member. Service deposits and unfinished service work are not credited until the service work is complete.
24. Alefs Harley-Davidson Rewards points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
25. Membership cards/key-tags remain the property of Alefs Harley-Davidson and must be surrendered upon request.
26. Alefs Harley-Davidson reserves the right to audit all accounts for compliance with these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of program earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. Alefs Harley-Davidson reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accrued points. All decisions are final.
27. Nothing in these rules or in the program shall be construed to establish an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Alefs Harley-Davidson or any other party. Alefs Harley-Davidson is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes in or discontinuance of a dealer service, which may affect the program benefits.
28. Benefits with Participating Merchants are for immediate discount and do not accrue in member’s rewards earnings account. See website for specific offers, locations, and limitations.
29. Merchant discounts cannot be combined with other specials. Alefs Harley-Davidson is not responsible if a merchant does not comply.
30. Void where prohibited.
